Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. We currently ship only to the US and Canada.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Your credit card will be charged by Outdoor Network. Please make a note of this so when your credit card statement arrives you will know the charge.

We do not back order products. If your product is out of stock you will not be charged for that item and will have to reorder it at a future date.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an credit card charge confirmation via e-mail. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

With the cost of shipping make sure that the products you order are what you want. If you should need to return a product you will not be re-embursed for the shipping cost. You will also have to pay for the return shipping.
Delivery Schedule

Your order will ship within 7 - 10 days plus transit time via USPS or UPS depending on the area being shipped to.
Back Orders

We do not back order - If you item is back ordered you will be notified and will have to reorder at a future date.
Tax Charges

For all orders shipped to Wisconsin taxes will apply. All other orders are tax free, please make sure to click the exempt box to reduce tax to zero.
Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 7 day no quibble guarantee. We will refund your credit card for the cost of the product returned when we receive the product in it's original unopened packaging. We will not refund the shipping amount. It is your responsibility to pay for the return shipping.

Returns Policy

All returns must be returned in the orginal package unopened. We do not accept returns without prior arrangements. All our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer and must be returned directly to that manufacturer.

All warrenty issues must be addressed directly to the manufacturer. We do not process warranty damages or repairs.
Remittance Terms

All orders are prepaid with credit card. We do not ship COD or Invoice.
